Definitely needs a lanyard hole for secondary retention.  Other than that, looks very cool.  Perhaps a slightly more upswept tip?

Yes i make lanyardshole on all my knives.  :D . Actually maybe sound strange, but i saw the tipshape when i had put up the pic on an other forum. LOL i will change it.
