OK what is this or what does it do???

[suspicious]OK, so I am just strolling thru the threads and making a couple of reply posts and I notice this new button clicky that looks like a blind person with a cane all in red and it says "Hide Enclosed from Suspicious Visitors". When I click it this pops up on the reply area. [suspicious} {/suspicious] I changed a couple of the brackets so it would be visible.


Well? What is it?[/suspicious] 

BTW I enclosed this entire message with it to see if it affects anyone else.<except this one line.

Maybe it hides things from people who are not members?

It's part of some new antispam software we installed last week.  To be honest, I'm not exactly certain what it's function is, but it appears that it will hide the content within the brackets from "suspicious" users.  I have no idea how it defines a suspicious user, or how it works... or even at this point whether it works or not.

But, that's what it's for, for those wondering.
