See if watchgooroo on ebay has any you like  and if they will ship to you internationally. Good deals to be had, and many allow for making an offer. They are an authorized dealer.

My Sinn 103 St SA UTC which I purchased in 2007. Has been on my wrist most of the time until I purchased another model of the Sinn103. Now I alternated between them every other day.
