Can someone recommend a good wall clock?
on: November 05, 2011, 01:17:00 PM
We have a new house and one thing we are lacking is a wall clock.  I'm willing to pay up to $60 and desire circular or square shape, about a foot diameter (give or take) and the colors may be red, yellow, olive, tan or black.

Thanks for your input!

I bought one of those for my brother's ex-girlfriend a few years ago. She seemed to do everything "arse about face" so it seemed quite apt  :P

Well let's see, that should narrow the choices down to a couple of thousand then  :D

This one is cool, it's the Bulova Frank Lloyd Wright clock, and it covers your full color palette:

I think the Bulova is a perfect candidate.  Thanks!

My brother had a girlfriend years ago, and she was a "very natural" blonde. She was the type of person who, if you showed her this clock, would be able to tell you the correct time instantly, but it would probably take her a few hours to figure out what was wrong with the clock (if she ever did notice...).
And yes, if you deducted .2 points for her lack of common sense, she was definitely a 9.8

I never had a blonde that wasn't a whole mess of trouble.  I go for the brunette gals

They are really striking clocks. I keep thinking about getting this one, but I would have to build a complementing fireplace if I did (too much work ;)):
