About 10 years ago Arnold (the T-101) said to John Conner, in Terminator 3, "I require a cutting tool".

See that clip here: at about 10:30

Conner wips out his Gerber and hands it to him.

"Sweet!!!".... I think..."I gotta get one of these and give my Leatherman a break".

Flash forward to last night, I pull my T-3 out of a drawer for some rare use.

I had it in my left hand (I am right handed) and was cleaning some dried Pig Putty off of the microwave handle, redoing a fix that had lasted about 5 years.

Anyway...the dried putty came off and I proceed to run the blade across the top of my middle finger.

Much bleeding and cussing ensues.....this might need stiches. I end up applying Neosporin and a bandage.

Today, it looks a lot better...I'm glad I didn't waste any time in the ER.

sorry to hear about your finger padowser, but at least you didn't do as much damage to yourself as Arnie did. :D

Nice to see someone else getting use out of a MP700 (I was beginning to think I was the only one  :P ) Not nice to see it getting viscious on you though.

NOTE TO COLLECTORS:
That's what happens when you keep tools in captivity - they get stir crazy and turn nasty on you

As far as a jagged cut vs a smooth cut...I read that the former heals quicker.
