I make it last month, and test it in my tub that full of water for a month at home.after that I pick it up,and find it's inner space if keeping dry and use well.I am planning to test it with some machine that can produce at least 50+atm pressure at the coming days. :D
below if the picture
the label has't be incised yet, i will name it as swordfish for it's perfect water resistance.please give some advise of this torch, will you like it?
any opinion will be welcome!

I saw a demonstration a while back with a light in a fish tank.  They claimed it was there for a year or so, but you never know when it comes to marketing hype!

A flashlight left in the tub for a month would be pretty good I guess, considering you would have likely drowned long before you had to worry about the light going out!  :D

My Gerber Infinity Ultra impressed me by going through the washing machine a few times.

There is a good test right there..Put it in the Washing Machine, maybe by itself or with a Minimum of Clothes to promote Movement...That would be like bieng tossed around in the Rapids..If I was doing that I would want my Light to Work when it was all said and done if I did not Drown

It went in with a full load of clothing, and it wasn't "tested" on purpose!   :o

Yes, well after the number of times I've found myself trapped in a washer without a light made me think twice and prepare better for the future!   :ahhh

do you mean the type that the bonding surface is strengthen by bolt??yes, that type will lead to a good water resistance too,but at the same time,it will be too large and maybe only reliable less than 40 metres in the water.in this type, that is because no one can make sure the plane(such type always use plane as bonding surface) is flat enough,if it's not, that will lead to a leak!

One can never be too careful....You would be amazed the tight situations I have gotten myself in and out of with a light close to hand

300 Dollars is a bit steep fro a light in my book.I am not I repeat not saying your light is not worth it though.I like how you are going through such lengths to test it out.It says to me..."If I am charging 300 Dollars for a Light I damm well better make sure it is the best light out there" knowing how much it costs I would be terrified to carry it and lose it,but if you got any questions about how to make it Trucker Friendly I'll be happy to answer them for you Free of Charge!

Best Wishes with your Endevours

if you don't need to dive with it, it will cost too munch. but if you dive or have the chance to use it in water, you will find that it cost too less, because unless this torch there isn't any torch can't prevent water leaking in!
do any guys know that anybody has interesting to be a agent of this torch, I think there is a big business opportunity!if you do, contact me: meeagle@hotmail.com

This may sound silly so please do not take offense, Have you thought about contacting a Company like Rolex? Maybe market it to them as "Finally a Flashlight that is the Equal of our Watches" deal.Maybe they would invest or Market it alongside their Watches..For the hell of it I would talk to the DOD about submitting one of your lights for testing and possibly getting an NSN number. There might be an interest from the Navy or even the Coast Guard for your light. I do have another question..Is your light rated or going to be rated as safe in an explosive enviroment?

Hope you find this helpful

this torch hasn't certified it's explosion proof certified yet. but i had design other torchs that's explosion proof and it get the certification.
if you are feeling not sure about it, I will tell you that this torch has only one hatch at the head, and the contacting gap is less than 0.3mm, and the contacting gap's length is 7.5mm. at the same time, the current isn't too much, i switch it to the super max grade and find the temperatur is below 45 degree Celsius,so i think it's explosion proof.

not every torch can do this, or else it will be ruined by the leaking.
