Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated.

It was filmed in the vertical as that's the way IG TV is set up. Typical of them to make it different to everyone else.

Yes it's a great looking knot for many uses, and a fun knot to make.

That's the odd one when tightening this knot, if you pull all four cords it won't work! You really need to pull opposites as shown, sometimes giving a hard tug to get them to move.

I don't know about YouTube, I'll see how this goes for s while.

Thanks again, more videos to follow.

I did a blog post with a few bowline knots, and the above single strand paracord lanyard is an example of how one might utilize such a knot for edc. The other end of the lanyard has a fisherman's bend attached to the small carabiner.

Was at the dollar store and look what I found, it’s not the good stuff but it’s also not the bad stuff, it’s the good stuff just without the 5 cords inside, I just couldn’t pass up on the color combo, now just what to make, I need something for the keychain

Got a new lanyard for my Executive. Not really happy with how it feels, I might try another model.

Probably going to change this one into a single King's Crown Button Knot. I had one on top of four simple lanyard knots but it was too bulky. Made this one instead quickly, so I could carry it while thinking about what really works here.

It was an orange version of this one:

And so I did. Here's the new setup. I like this one better. I can use the space between the knots to put my finger in and get a better grip.

Thanks, Essexman! Your videos are very well made. It's great when people share their knowledge to help others. Also Stormdrane's. I think I started following his instructions when I first got my hands on some paracord and looked around youtube for different knots.

Thank you for your kind words, it's very Satisfying to hear that someone has found the videos useful and learnt from them. Makes it all worthwhile!

The truth is, it’s just me in my back garden making those films. I practice a few times to make sure it looks Ok and ask my daughter to check it for me (another pair of younger eyes always helps).

I will make more in the future when time allows. Planning on filming making complete projects more next time, something like a nice dog leash.

Just watched a video.  Well done.  I have a hard time remembering and being patient so having a nice straightforward video is nice.  Thanks for doing these.

Used the scissors yesterday to cut some paracord to make a Nitecore belt suspension rig. Since the Director rides in the watch pocket, no need for a caddy or heavy leather belt loop to carry the flashlight. Awlso it gives me some length of paracord.

Simple cobra knot.
