These 2 monkey fist are my latest paracord thing i made, well other failed and other is allmost failing point. other is made with 4 turns and other 5 turn. 5 turn one failed, i swinged around and whoops my steelball flyed to field (never founded it) 4 turn one is shorter but it looks like its failing too soon.
I tried to make sure both of them are enough tight but still loose to keep steelbal inside but apparently it wasnt enough loose but maybe too tight.

Tighten it down as much as possible. Then wet it to get it tighter.

I carry cord with me.  I have found many reasons to do so so I keep some ready at all times.  My fence cord finally gave up so with the cord I had in my pocket I cut a length and I was back in business.

Dang it’s been awhile, anyway, I was cleaning my desk and found a piece, so I said “screw it” and made a simple bracelet, miss Rosy came over to check it out, heck I think it goes good with the pants,,
