You can't fool us with that newbie stuff Jake. That bracelet was made by a pro.Very nice. It's very addicting.I started out with three colors and now I have eighteen.I guess I have made over 150 bracelets to date.

Well thanks for the kind words  :D But I haven't taken the time to learn new knots, the Cobra and King Cobra (or Solomon Bar) knots looked the most aesthetically pleasing to me so that's why all my bracelets are the same haha. After perusing through this thread, I've seen a lot of interesting variations. I'll definitely be adding to my repertoire.

That's the way I started Jake but the word spread and I started getting request from people I didn't know and they wanted a bunch of different colors.I usually sell them to a local store and they resell them.I support my toy habit with the profits.

That's awesome! If I had the time to make enough of them, I would probably take them down to a swapmeet or farmer's market and try to sell them. I'm not getting any requests from strangers at the moment. Plus, my knot knowledge is still in its infant stage.

I am requesting a FREE one.

What color you want?
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

That is very kind of you. I was already kindly offered a free one by RSJake94 but refused as I would never wear it. I appreciate the offer and will let you know if I change my mind.

Easy to do.Take the inter strands out of a piece of cord that is about 7-8 inches long and weave it in as you go.

Not at all!  I really like that design of lead, and the red and white look great.

Any suggestions for where I can learn about these knots and such to make paracord goodies?

I have tried 2 youtube videos on the subject but I struggled, so maybe not the medium for me.

Any good books that you would strongly recommend?

Thanks.

"Ashley book of knots" is a great read. Also check http://stormdrane.blogspot.com/

Stormdrane makes great stuff, you can check his work throughout this thread. He also has a youtube chanel. And search youtube for TIAT, it's easy to follow.
