Only thing where you might have issues finding substitutes is the chest since cables or being on your back give you the most options, outside of pushup variations and dips.
There are some good exercises in here. I was thinking in particular of the one at 7:40.

but you put up a fight. if it is any consolation I gotta hit 90% on my squat for 3 singles tomorrow to work on explosiveness (slow negatives) and 8 sets of 5 on the front squat (also known as the killer exercise from the deepest part of hell)

depends on the person. a friend of mine can eat clean, can eat almost exclusively junk and quantities don't matter since he always looks the same. though to be fair at 85kg of bodyweight he is afraid to squat over 80 and deadlift over 90

started the Juggernaut method last week. first week of 10s was demanding but satisfying. didn't leave me asking for death even though it is a lot higher volume. one thing I've noticed that with the autoregulation that is in place it also allows for other lifts to be stronger, i.e. after 4 sets of 10 and 1 set of 10+ on clean pull I was still able to handle 90% of my maximum squat for 8 reps spread through 3 sets (it was supposed to be 8 singles but I was feeling good), plus 3 more accessory exercises that hit the low back and legs

and even after it I was tired but not drained. now to see how week 2 goes

I did but I gave up on the idea. They are fine if that is all the equipment you have at your disposal. But a gym works better. Captain obvious out! :D

yup used 'em for rear delt flys and strap layouts (core). they worked really good for that. i have a suspicion that it would also work excellent for bulgarian split squats

I've only just started using the TRX loops in the last month, lots to learn. Just using them for basic resistance training. I find them very interesting, a slight change in body angle can me a hell of a difference!
I like how you have to engauge the whole body to do most exercises with the loops, must be good for the core. It's a different way of training which suits me right now, trying to shed some pounds that middle age has given to me!

it is good for the core. anti flexion, anti rotation and a whole lot of other anti things included by doing basic movements

Yep that's me, basic!   :D

I've started yoga and Pilates too, so it all kinda fits in with each other.

and a trapped nerve in my shoulder stops play.

Ironically I think a movement in Pilates may have caused the shoulder problem.

One weeks rest, see how it goes.

this is a good place to start

you choose which part it works and then see what looks the most like something you do

so y'all workin' out or not?

i've cut my gym time down to 3 days, 4th being an optional Bulgarian day (max snatch, max clean and jerk, max front squat) and maybe arms since I tend to ignore 'em
but as a trade off, every morning I'm doing a few upper back and shoulders exercises, bulgarian split squats and core

Kinda... plan is to do my upper and lower routines twice a week each.... currently only doing each once a fortnight (so a workout once a week). Yes I know that's not enough.

I read today that people in general need to do less squats and more deadlifts.
