Received this morning Leatherman Charge TTI (+). Medium size MT clamp, rather tapered beak, smaller than the Surge but much lighter too. The advantage of this clamp is mainly the "titanium" thus lightening the weight of the tool, and the blade in S30V ( cutting edge that holds well, but sharpening the blow more difficult). The clamp comes with bits, a removable belt clip, a grommet, and a nylon case. All tools are lockable. It is generally beautiful material .

Well I must say...I got to open my Leatherman package finally!

These little pocket tools are pretty sweet. I previously ordered 1 3 5 7 8...so this order has...

2,4,6,9,10
Croc
Rail
Pump
Grind
Micra-Pink
Pocket clips for Surge (will still ride in sheaths most likely)

The 4, rail and pump have similar features. has a removable or 3 tools.

And BTW, the Croc is a monster. Not a small thing like 1-10. About the size of the Grind/Pump/Rail.

LM did good  :tu:

Well, it had to happen...P2 for Christmas!

I have been critical of Free on the forum, mostly the initial LM marketing (grey sheath, better than Wave, etc.), but I must admit that it’s not a bad product, and I must commend LM for trying something new with some quite advanced technical features such as the magnetic retainment and plier head locking systems.

Sure, it has a 2D Phillips, the awl should have a pointed tip, a one inch rule is a little pointless and they could have put a metal saw on the file, even though it’s very short. But there are some nice details like the scraper on the large flat, the wire stripper on the medium flat, the machined thumb rest on the scissors and the wire cutters that are like mini shears.

I may try a little EDC in Jan after the PST challenge is over.

If you see those purple XE6, grab them. Those are collectible on the Bay.
