How is this holding up? Was looking at one from amazon, good price at $20, but some bad reviews keeping me from pulling trigger.

nice, great light I have 2 of those winter editions, was thinking of gettng new one, how is the clip?

It's good and sturdy, but I primarily use it as a cover for usb charging port and as a switch protector, to avoid accidental button activation while pocket carry.
I'm extremely pleased with Tip so far.

I just ordered the black one today, been wanting one since it became available.
I ordered the E02H version, with headband, slightly expensive than regular one.

I'm planning to, but I'm afraid it's not going to happen anytime soon-it's Chinese national holiday this week, so my order is still sitting in some warehouse in China...

Zanflare F2 2xAA 200 lumen Neutral White, L/M/H/strobe levels, good budget light got on amazon for $10, had a cool white also, but returned it due to no mid level. only cons are cant tailstand and have to cycle through all modes including strobe to get back to low. nice beam and color, decent throw as well

Friend had one that died.  Not sure what happened but it just wouldn't turn on.  She contacted Manker and initially they asked the circumstances then gave some suggestions on things to look at.  She tried everything suggested but nothing worked.  She followed up with Manker and they were amazing.  They sent her out a new one that is working great.

I have one as well and suggested this light to her.  Mine is fine.  I really like the Nichia which is what I have.  Form factor is also really nice.  Top company Manker IMO and from my friends experience I would buy in confidence.

Nice, I got a tool a few months back, great little clicky light, enjoy it  :tu:

So is that manker really 220 Lumens(or 180 for nichia)? sounds kinda inflated for  AAA light

Congrats on the Lumintop!

Better in what way? I would say the Olight is a more quality light. Does the Lumintop have a better UI?

It feels beefier and is longer.

The I3e only has on-off, while the Top has off-low-mid-high.

I can use the clicky switch or use another twist switch with magnetic bottom (it comes with another bottom cover).

There's a clip that's reversible.

Its IPX-8 rated (forgot the I3e's rating).

It's the better deal  :tu:

I'll compare it to one of my high out put AAA lights.  I do have a AAA that pushes 160 lm that I'm fairly confident of.  I'll report back.

Ok this is the best I can do for now.  Manker is on the left and the Thrunite is on the right.

My Thrunite T10 NW on high ( 169lm ) compared to Manker E05 Nichia NW  ( 180lm ) on high.

The wall is not white but I think it shows the Manker is pretty darn bright.  The Manker is floody and the NW Nichia is pleasant to my eye.  In a dark room I feel the Manker can hold its own compared to the Thrunite T10 even tho the two differ in term of beam projection.  The Manker is warmer as well.  Hope this helps a bit.

Convoy S2+ Very floody beam, nice annodizing and build quality but...

Tailcap switch kinda wonky, wont change from high to low with first click sometimes or low to med, couple times while clicking it went back to the secondary mode group with the hidden strobe even without me setting it.  Not sure its worth the trouble to get an exchange of cap from grrbest, kinda dissapinted, first convoy I've bought, was only $7 so not too big of a deal, but I'm kinda in Spauldings boat lately with my latest toys not being perfect from the start

well I sent them a message,  at the response I will receive over a $7 item, hoping they can shoot me out a new tailcap. Kinda suprised as all I ever read are glowing reviews about convoys.

maybe i'm missing some info here cause of course it came with no manual and a squished box. anyone kno if the UI on this makes it require a double tap of switch to change modes after its been on for 5+ seconds? it switches through modes fine with 1 tap if thats all your doing, but let it rest in one level for 5 seconds and then I need to hit tailcap 2x to change level.

nvrmind, candle power forums and google to the rescue, some of these S2's have this UI quirk, acts like a mode lockout

Won this ThorFire TG06S flashlight from a raffle last night. I'm surprised I'm able to get 2 hours of 100+ lumens out of this with an AA 2500mAh NIMH rechargeable battery. This FL will replace my Lumintop Tool as this one is capable of 500 lumens with 14500 battery. The Tool will now go to my son's kit

I used the orange peel reflector on this and when I switched back to its original smooth reflector, the throw was much clearer. But really, who NEEDS such powerful lights?

Yesterday, my online friends found about this Buy One, Take One promo for LED lights that cost just $2.50 a piece. We bought 8. I'm quite surprised for 280 lumens, it's such a thrower!
