Ordered a Prometheus Alpha Ready-Made.  Hopefully someday I can get a Bespoke made.

:tu: Great purchase! Once you get your Ready-Made, chances are you'll crave for a Blue-Label or a Bespoke.  :) Though I think Jason is preoccupied now with his Prometheus Writes Kickstarter project fulfillment.

Personally, I'm waiting patiently for my Deft-X...

Not exactly a flashlight, but I bought a Fenix headband, so I can use my LD12 as headlamp. Nutnfancy was right - this band is perfect! I'm very glad.

In a slightly drunken moment I decide to order one of these: http://dx.com/p/trustfire...lip-grey-1-x-14500-122591

 :D

Never go to DX while drunk. ;)

I received my ZL H51w today and a second package was waiting for me too. :D So far I like it very much. :2tu:

I was given a streamlight nano and I bought a photon x.  I wanted something lightweight and
slim(ish) for my keys.  I really like the photon and love playing with the modes.  the fast flashing mode is killer when I blast my music and turn off all the lights and RAVE. haha

I haven't had the nano for long but what a nice little light for day to day use.

I love my nano. I never go anywhere without it on my keys. I also carry my Fenix E15 and sometimes my mag LED 2aaa (if I have a shirt pocket). If there is one thing I use extremely often, it's a light, so I kind of go overkill on the carrying...

The Ultrafire E05 eh?  A little cheeky bit of name stealing I think. ;)

I've got a Victorinox 2xAAA torch on the way from Dr Gonzo.

Not really surprising from anything with a xxxxFire in the name either. :D The surprising part is the Tank007 electronics in them. They are currently $12,99 at DX and I'm very tempted to try one out. Not that I need another keychain light. ::)

Not mine but I have sipik coming in for my kids. 160lm adjustable focus with aspheric lens. Runs off single AA or 14500. One blue and one green.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Just got in one of the old Victorinox 2xAAA torches from Dr Gonzo.  I have to say it's a nice solid light with a high quality feel to it.  It is however quite 'old school' and uses a 5mm LED with a notable blueish tint.  I'm not unhappy though, I didn't get this light because I needed another torch, but more as a conversation piece. :tu:

There's something special about a 5mm led. ;) And in the 2xAAA combo it should have a good run time too. I don't mind the blue tint so much unless I'm hunting white walls. :P

Yeah, I dunno TBH, I can't find any specs on it.  I'd guess you are right though. :)

I've had my new Thrunite TN12 for about two weeks now... And I quite like it :) Here are some thoughts on it:

- More than bright enough for my purposes, though it does heat up quickly when on the highest mode. According to the factory, it's 705 lumens, and I'm inclined to believe that, even though I don't really have something to compare it to (my previous brightest flashlight was a Fenix E11...)

- I quite like the shape of the light

- I do think the clicky button could be a bit easier to press...

- I like the UI, really simple, simply loosen, then tighten the head for the next mode: firefly-low-med-high-strobe

- the sheath that comes with it isn't so good, sadly... Feels really flimsy, and the belt-attachment thingy is weird. Sort of seems like it wants to be Molle-okay (damn, my English is bad, tonight -.-), it's two straps which velcro against eachother, but also they have a snap at the downside of the sheath. Well, shortly, I don't like it -.-

It is :) (literally, too, but that was to be expected, and I'm really not a tint snob  :D )

Got it for $33,- shipped, too. I was first looking at the Fenix PD35, but then I found this on sale  :D

I think it's really gonna be useful in my new job (I probably will get... Not sure yet, but I'm like 90% sure :P )

Naah, no need for crossed fingers ;) I had the interview a few weeks ago, and I now have to watch a 'showcase', to see if I would like the job... So if I got it correctly, the ball is in my park now :)

It's a part-time job, building up and taking down dj-equipment, at a company that rents out dj's to weddings, parties and things like that. So, get a car full of electronics at the 'headquarters', drive it to the place of the party, build up, wait (or go home in between) then at the end of the party I come back, break it back down, bring it back, and done.
It's really just a parttime job, but the good thing is I think it should fit besides college, next year, too :) (I plan on starting college in September (for the third time   but just forget that for now  ))

Another Olight i3S .... I'd had one for half an year, but then needed some money for other stuff and decided to sell it.... I lived without it for a week and decided I couldn't... it was such a useful, practical and convenient item, that I ordered another one, this time red, to match my E4 ... sorry about the blurred pic :)

My faithful Tank007 E09 is being retired after two years of flawless service.

Just ordered a new Bronte RA01.  Seems to be the best new cheap AAA on the market.

Just got my Fenix LD12, 2013 version with 125 lumens  :D Can't wait for sundown :D

So far I've had E25 and E11 from Fenix' AA flashlights, the E25 was too big and too throwy (2 x AA), the E11s I loved... the LD12's momentary on takes a fraction of a second more time than the E11's momentary on for some reason. It's a little longer and slightly bigger in diameter. The anti-roll thingie's more of a ... fancy stuff thing rather than really helpful, I think. The flat shapes there, going round the body of the light (can't describe it in a better way) turn out to be... only half of them all. They take turns, one flat, one rounded, one flat, one rounded.. so it may not roll on its own, but if you gave it a slight push on a steep surface, it will go down. The clip would do a better job as an anti-roll measure, I think. I wish my hands were a little larger so that I could keep my thumb on the on/off button and in the same time press the mode changing button with my pinky/whatever other finger. But, oh well. Anyway :D *me wants dark*

Thanks for your feedback. I love the Fenix E15 and use it quite a lot (daily). I've drooled over some of their AA and AAA models and the one's you mention. I think their quality is top notch  :tu:
