If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

https://www.amazon.it/Victorinox-V08201-26B1-Coltello-Tasca-Unisex/dp/B001U5206Q/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_it_IT=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=3H7ILF7PRQ55I&keywords=victorinox+soldier+alox&qid=1574479457&sprefix=victorinox+soldier%2Caps%2C237&sr=8-1

I see the ring for the lanyard so it's probably a Pioneer ?? (although the page says Soldier)

I can't see anywhere on that page where it says Soldier or Soldato
I can see that it says Pioneer - See image

Although from the web address - It looks like you searched for Soldier

You keep calling it a Soldier when many people have told you it's a Pioneer

I think you just wrote.
Probably the error was born the previous year when I created a Victorinox list on my Amazon, I inserted some notes and on that model I wrote "civil version of the old Soldier"

I had two days of great indecision between the Bantam and the Cadet, in the end I decided for the Bantam.
This video convinced me:

(Although I have read on the internet various opinions of users disappointed by its too small thickness)

I think maybe the Cadet could be next.

Both are great knives, and you won't go wrong with either.  I carry a Bantam in my wallet for backup, but always carry a 3-4 layer 91mm or 93mm primary SAK.  If I were to carry only one SAK, however, between the Bantam & Cadet I would pick the Cadet for the additional functions it offers (in what is still a very compact package, IMO).

Today I bought a Walker and a Bantam (the Bantam I buy the Celidor version)
I haven't buy an Alox yet because I was again undecided between Bantam Alox and Cadet Alox, one of them (the Cadet) is starting to fall in price on Amazon, I am also very attracted also to Pioneer and Farmer.
I hope to have my first Alox soon

I also bought the Bantam Alox now :-)
Tomorrow I should receive the two Bantams, maybe I can take some comparative photos.

Bantam Celidor and Alox delivered.

I really liked Alox Bantam, it is lighter than I thought, it looks like there is no metal.
Slightly thicker blade than standard Bantam
I am very satisfied, only I would have liked Alox but red.

I also bought a Walker, it is like a Waiter but without a corkscrew, it has an extra layer because it has a saw.

Starting from top to bottom:

Waiter

Thanks !
I like it very much, small, light and practical

Now I'm looking at Pioneer and/or Farmer, when they drop a bit I will buy one of them.

I'm partial to a cadet.  Carry one in my phone case along side my folding reading glasses.

A question:
Do compact knives like the Bantam or the Waiter exist in the 91 mm version?
I tried to see on Sak Wiki and on the Victorinox site but I can't find anything.
Only versions like Alox 0.8000.26
Is there anything that escapes me?

A 91 mm Bantam would be nice

Look for "Suspension Clips".
The official kind is TEC Accessories P-7 I believe, but there are many cheap copies on places like eBay that I would get instead, because, well, it's just a clip. :D

Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

They're called suspension clips.
I'm sure Amazon has them, though I got mine from eBay.

I agree with you.
On Amazon, good deals with knives but not with accessories.
I looked at the price it is too high, the same for the pin/needle that fits into the Victorinox.

Wow..thank you guys! I really just like seeing people be happy and get what they want, and if I can help that along, I will. I could see that he really wanted to be able to get those various alox SAKs and figured this would make decisions easier. We all pay it forward here and I want our little home to be viewed as the friendliest knife forum on the interwebs.
