What do you hang off your split ring ?

Im after ideas , i usualy go with a bit of paracord , or a little led light, but im after something different, ive been eyeing up my pill capsule

ive got a little phillips in there and a spare toothpick but possibly might add something different in there, what do you guys attach

I actually quite like having a Quark Mini 123 or Fenix PD20 attached with a lobster clip type doofer. Actually that's not quite worded right ... the torch has a lobster clip and a P7 suspension clip on, which means I can switch SAK's in and out quite easily. Recently though, since I started carrying my gadget ring (which has a 65mm SAK on anyway) on my Li'l Guppie, any 84 to 91mm SAK has just been carried loose in a pocket $:-\$

I have tried lanyards once or twice, but found they just got filthy really quick, and didn't serve much benefit. Only reason I'd add one would be to a black one so help finding it in the dark probably. A peanut style lighter might be a nice idea though

Cool ideas Al, i was thinking about one of those little led's you send me a while back as got one on my LS3 as a back up light, i dont wont anything too bulky as i pocket carry the tinker the huntsman when it arrives will go in my pouch so dont mind something a little heavyer there,

I have a lanyard with a loop so I can put it round my wrist and use of the gadgets on it to whack someone with if they start trouble

Ive added a larger split ring to the end like i did a while back, i can then add things to the end of the lanyard,

What's usually attached to my split ring is .. ME! By a lanyard of course, but its ussually attached to my belt, and i unclip to use the SAK.

Shrunken head. Makes a great key fob, and it's amazing how few people fail to take you very, very seriously when they you pull it out of your pocket.

No, really, a small biner that I use for a pocket hanger, which is shared by one of my Fenix e01s.

Thanks for all the ideas guys n gals, im still not sure, i might get one of those clips, as i feel safer , my opinel #4 i just chucked in my pocket with my spare change but i dont like doing this with a SAK as they get scratched up, so i like to use the hip pocket but they can slide out, so might find a clip,

A Lanyard So I Can Pull It Out Of The Pocket Easier.
A Lanyard On A Carabiner Of Some Sort To Attach To My Belt Loop So It Can Just Hang.
A Little Photon Style Light.
A Paracord Keychain So It Rest With A Bigger Sturdier Split Ring As Well.
A Chain Of Spit Rings Attached To A Carabiner.

Never Thought Of The Pill Capsule But I May Try That Next.

ive no clue what else of use i could put in it, ive got a small toothpick and a small phillips in mine on my keychain, i might get a slightly larger one

i agree jessie about using the lanyadr for attaching and pullking out of your pocket

i like that as well, i just tried a pill capsule and not sure if i like it there or not $:-\$ more bulky i guess than just a lanyard that im use to,

I Used To Have A 6 Layer Sabre SAK Made In The USA, But My Dad Liked It And Wanted a New SAK That Wasn't Garbage So I Sent Him Home With It.

I'm Pretty Sure The Huntsman Or Something Similar Is In His Future.

And I Put My Pill FOB On My Leatherman Squirt P4. They Are Both Blue And It Looks Great.

you have plenty of time to have kids , i didnt start ill i was 29 and then after a divorce i was 35 when we had our next one, sleepless nights was the worst

i got bite by my(now yours lol) grasshopper on my first trip out, funny thing was i was showing it to a friend and closed it one handed, it slices my palm, i noticed i was bleeding pretty bad but we kept talking as i diditn want to look stupid, when she went i grabbed a hand towel

Gaffer tape does the job, i was a floor layer for 20 years and regualy sliced my fingers with my stanley knife , i just taped it up

Lol I Normally Just Let It Bleed For A Moment, Run It Under Cold Water, Dab It Dry, Put Some Neosporin Or Something On It And Put A Bandaid On. But I Don't Have Bandaids Right Now. So I Just Let It Go After I Let It Bleed And Ran Cold Water Over It Lol.

mine was a nightmare as i have to wear latex gloves at work so it stung plus plaster kept falling off
