Show me the fish scaler, please. Is this a remake or a standard tool?

p.s. You can loosen the screws with any bit holder

Sorry my bad. It is a serrated blade with a hook that looks like a belt cutter

That belt cutter looks really good! It would make a great Rescue blade for cutting seatbelts, etc., with the wavy serrations and the cutting hook combined. I really like the 2 SOG paratools I recently obtained, and yours looks great! I have not seen that hook blade from SOG before.

Today I was able to tackle a tool maintenance project on my polished stainless paratool. I have had this one for a couple of years now and keep meaning to do a takedown and deep cleaning of the individual implements. Once I had the tool apart, I cleaned all the tools with isopropyl alcohol. I wire brushed the file and the pivots. I had some pitting on the can opener and large flat driver. The tip of the awl was broken as well. I replaced those with some better condition pieces from my spare parts and reassembled the tool. I think it is now ready to be put back in the rotation.

These are my paratools, a BO that is more recent make, and a stainless version that is older, with the hex bolt attaching the lanyard loop/pliers deployment tab instead of a rivet.
