Another great job, hey if it had blue scales and the red liners, i guess it could kinda go patriotic, no? JR

Someone asked me to build a SAK with a white front scale, blue back, and red liners.  I think that would be a pretty US color scheme.

I'm the one that asked him for the red/white/blue SAK.  I'm saving up to purchase one.  But if anyone can already afford it don't wait for me.

I was just wondering because I wanted to see it.  :) I think its a good idea and the color scheme should be good.

Some additions to a stock black pioneer.  This phillips was one of the new style that I recently discovered and Im pleased to say that they do indeed work better than the other kind, so it's been a nice change by Vic.

I just got in a new run of hard anodized blue parts and they are sweeeet.  Slightly darker shade than my last run, and it looks super nice.

Here is an old school electrician done up with the nice blue scales, polished backsprings and Ti liners/keyring.  :D

Cheers

His is red. :D

I got the cadet nail file and blade working in the main layer today.  I needed a custom made spring and the catch was that since that spring is stronger than a cadet one, I had to take a bit off the nail file pivot to allow easier opening.  Otherwise it's a super nail breaker.

Ah, cool.  Your mod that has the openers and Phillips in one layer, can the awl replace the can opener?  Then we could have the nail file and the awl together on the 93mm chassis.

I got your brass liners cut today. :D  Its currently in the rough assembly stage where I do the fitup on long brass pins, then belt grind the back to make all the springs and liners nice and flush.  Then I take it all apart and hand finish each spring and liner, then polish.  Then I do the final assembly.
