Not hard on you Steve cause as you see I called dibs.  :twak:

Not a chance. You need to read way down in the mod squad. There's a few of mine about this very thing. So I've got a least a year dibs on you :P
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Finally a Ti 91mm is born!!!  Super tinker with black alox liners.  :D

The countersink on the screws I do with my mill so they are precise.  Its a critical step to making a high end fit and finish to make sure each screw looks the same.  They are all perfectly flush with the scale.  Also with all Ti mods I do the inside wear points are carbidized.

It was starting to snow when I was taking pics, so these are the best I have for now.

I like it!
I´d take one like this without the hook and the cross cutout, if I was to decide.

Yet another nice job Syph :tu:
Hey here's a thought, did you ever think of putting a bit driver from off of a cybertool on a alox? Only crappy part would be the plastic bit holder, now if that was aluminum, well that would be a must have!!

The yellow's not for me, but it does look cool.  I'm the black scale type myself.  Red would be cool too, with black liners.

JR

For sure the driver part could fit, but ya the bit holder no way would fit as it is, so something custom would need to be made.

Now that Ive got some fancier scale options for 91mm SAKs though I think just making a fancy stock cybertool woudl be the way to go.

Great minds, I was just thinking about that earlier today.

Personally, I think the black / yellow combo looks great. Would happily carry that!
IMO, the problem is all your colours look oh so cool...

Here is a unique one I finished today.   Most marlin spike models don't have an awl, and its hard to put it on there as it's long and wont pair well with any other tools.

What I had to do was add a short mag glass on a double spring to have enough room.  The eblade I put on there was still hitting the mag glass on close so I had to nip a couple mm off the end and reshape it, but it still looks decent enough despite the trimming.  :D

The eblade even sticks up just enough for the nail nick to be perfectly accessible above the awl.
