I get asked alot if I have any 'in stock' mods to sell and I never do.  So I decided that I should and that it would be a brass blinged out super tinker, so I started making 4.  It does go easier if you are doing multiples of things at the same time.

I finished one and this will be my display model pics for when people ask.  This is my favorite of the Ti mods I do with brass accents and copper cross.   :tu:

Very nice as always.  It's cool how the Ti mod business has really grown and looks to have overtaken the Alox.

Yup i get some alox work still but Ti 91s are the new bread and butter for sure.  I just stripped 18 sets of scales today to go out for black hard anodize, but I dont get enough traffic on those to do other colors anymore.  So just black for alox.

Once I can machine an alox like texture on the Ti scales, I think that will be a hit for sure.

Black's my favorite anyway ;)  I bet the Alox texture on Ti would be interesting :tu:

I wanted to share some pics of my recent Syph custom enjoying it's first beach outing.  Either calling it the Builder or Inventor.  Inventor seems more lofty and a name Vic would use but Builder sounds more like simple strength.  But I digress.

The color changes a lot with lighting due to the reflective surface.  So far it's doing all of my tasks without any hiccups.  Thanks again Bob for such great work!

Thanks guys!  :tu:

Builder is tempting.  Just waiting for the right "feel".

And yes, that's a 93mm bottle opener.  In fact, it's a 93mm build.  The inline phillips and file/saw were added but it's a Pioneer otherwise.

Another yeoman.  :D  This one has the brass cross on front.  It doenst show up as well as the copper crosses, so I think I will officially just suggest copper unless people have a strong preference for other.

I have also read this entire thread and am amazed at the work I see here.  I've sent some emails to see if I can commission some amazing work but fear my emails have found their way to spam. So would love to connect but I can't pm yet either.   I keep coming up with new variations of what I would like to get. Looking forward to connecting thanks  :pok:

Hey welcome aboard.  Im usually running behind on emails.  I get alot of email traffic and I do like to respond to each one, but often Im running a week behind at least.

Instagram is the fastest way to get ahold of me as Im usually on there and will respond to DMs pretty quick.

The Corkscrew looks like it's blacked out and if it's just a photographic illusion, you should totally make one like that with the dark Ti scale. Three differently colored tools and still a harmonious composition.

I think I do have BD'd corkscrews left from when I used to run BO.. I'll try that.  :D

Amazing work of art Syph! Any solutions on the tiny screwdriver that fits inside the corkscrew?

Since im not a corkscrew fan I havent tried to reproduce that, but what I did start doing was convert the tiny screwdriver to remove the plastic and replace with brass handle and make it into a scale tool.  That way I can have a phillips on the backside and still have the tiny screwdriver.

You totally need a 4th axis for your new mill so you can machine brass handles for the mini drivers. :pok: :pok:

thanks for the info guys.  No hurry Syph.  I have a feeling that with your new machine there are going to be so many new options to choose from.

Does anyone have a cybertool 29 with a scissor?  I scoured the internet and have not seen anyone take a 29 and add just a scissor.

And what can be put in place of the little blade.

The work that you do Syph is inspiring  :tu:

Ive got no interest in that, but I will do another Ti version with a grafted on pivot area of a different metal so that it can open and close smoothly.
