But nobody ever wants the Fish Scaler - For the width of the blade I'd always be tempted to include it!
I have found it very useful a couple of times.
Note to self: Make post to get badge!!

The tool I'd be tempted to drop would be the pliers - Although if I was going for a Champ - You might as well keep them too - What's another 3mm   ???  ;)

Does the pruner blade need any work to fit in place of the small blade? Your knives keep improving nicely!

The blade doesn't need altering but the spacer beside it is thinner than normal that's all.

Couple more.

Now what to call a pioneer x with magnifier in place of can opener?  Not really an explorer variant since it has no phillips.  So maybe the Pioneer Sleuth?
Love the Pioneer Sleuth :like:

So is there any way to put an electrician blade on a 91mm?

That keyring holder looks very wide and a bit unusual/wrong

I know you make the liner and awl spacer/blade rest insert as one piece - However is that one the same width as a regular spacer+liner ???

Yes identical in width.  0.07"  Only the part where the ring goes though is full thickness. Much stronger this way especially in brass around the keyring area.  Much nicer on the palm as well, smooth and not bitey.  Bascailly better in all possible ways. :D

Normal saks have that issue too, at least these scale make it easier to clean out.  Just vacuum or run hot water through.

New part time again, this time Im working on a comb that can work with the saw layer backspring.  The part that hits the rest area and nail nick needs some more thought still though, but over all it should work.

In other news Im doing an interview with the site knifenews that should be published next week.  :tu:  They want to know all about custom SAKs.  :D
