The request on this one was to make a thinnest Ti scaled 91mm waiter as possible.  I used the same Ti stock as I do for the 58mm scales.  Pretty close in thickness to an alox bantam.

A wonder!
I dunno how I’d feel about the corkscrew sticking out like that though.
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Well it started off with him asking if I can fit a corkscrew on a 58mm build and we ended up here so I'm assuming the corkscrew was a must have.  I don't see any way to make a thinner corkscrew sak.

Amazing - Love all this Ti thin stuff

Kinda agree with DP about the CS - But as it is so smooth and the point is tucked away - Not really a problem

A CS on a 58mm would be pretty funny !! Can't even imagine how that one would work - Or that anyone would think it could work!

No awl?  :pok:

An inline 93mm awl can fit in place if combo tool if awl is more important :D

I had a customer ask for a custom inlay but with texture as well.  I found if I offset the texture from the outer profile shape by about 0.050" it worked out just fine.

The symbol is a Wawa aba

Excellent thread and incredible work! I’m looking to “dip” my toe into alox modding. I’d like to simply replace the pins on a cadet with torx screws/pivots and maybe try to make some copper scales. Could anyone tell me what size and length barrel spacers and screws would work for the cadet’s normal thickness? Thanks a lot I’m going to keep reading this thread now!

That is very slim - And very nice!!

The combi tool seems much more popular  than the openers in your mods
Or is that just the ones we see!

A CT 41 plus mag glass layer makes a wide sak!  The pivots are 1.2" long.
