Very cool. BTW I spoke to a few people and I'm now going to publicly ask. I started it off with around a 100$ of stuff, when it gets back to me if there is something I want that is at or below the $100 value would it be okay if I remove it for myself? All other items will be given away. I've ask a few folks their opinions on this but now I'm ask anyone who wants to answer.

Cant change the rules since it already started, but if it returns with several more items than it started with, It shouldn't be too much trouble. Whos the giveaway going too? Everyone or just those who participated, or minus the people that participated?

I actually assumed that the box would just stay with you once it was done, sort of a "Tool laundering" operation in which you sent out a bunch of stuff, and eventually got a bunch of stuff of equal value. I'm just happy to be a part of it!

I spoke to Jerseydevil and another person and they agreed since I started it, it would be okay but I didn't want to change the rules without others opinions. So I guess I getta play too.

Also next time I do this I'm going to start it at the farest location and bring it backward around the world. Seems fair so the far away folks aren't always last. I also did one of these on another forum and it was a blast.

Now I can't wait to get it back.

Well the other one was started with $100 worth and folks were really giving and it was soon worth much more. It was a blast. We are planning to start a second one.

Even though I'm not taking part, I agree.
Ash, you put the objects of value into the box, and you should get them back in the end. What you do with them after that is your decision.
Nobody else has the option of losing money or valuable items while participating in this venture (unless it's by choice).

This is a great idea, and if it's successful I would really like to see another one start, and maybe even participate in it

You are 100% correct! I will not be starting another until this one is finished up. I want to see how well this goes and then "if" I feel it went well I will have another pass around in the future.
