Ok I will try once again to explain my reasoning. I want package to not have to back track in any country. So I'm pretty sure Ray is before Dunc distance wise. This has nothing to do with who joined first.

Seems logical.  That way it's not only making a trip on paper, it's actually going from point a to point b in a linear sense, making a neat trip across the world.
