Can anyone tell me anything about this zippo??

I tried google it, but no luck. It looks like hand engraved eagle and feather... But IDK. It's offered on local evilbay clone auction site w/some funny price... Ither it's worthless (other than being Zippo) or someone doesn't know what he has??
