Doesn't the axe could as a fixed blade?   :pok:

Glad to hear you are ok though!

WTF?

Let me see if I understand correctly.
They broke your smurfing front door, and aren't facing charges, being sued or being beaten to a pulp?  :twak:

Glad you're ok Torchy. Hope someone is arrested, charged or otherwise held accountable. From your first post I'm still not certain exactly what went down and whether or not the suspects had other intentions but I hope you follow through with whatever legal remedies are available to you. On the flip side of that I hope you communicate to them that your axes, blades and so forth are not merely decorative and that you have many friends in country, and out, who are willing to help. You know, with those pesky "disposal" issues and things of that nature ...Good luck.

well finally after all of this time they have been charged with criminal damage and intent to cause Harm.

They have been evicted, and have been given an ASBO to keep them well out of merseyside.
We had a barbecue outside the front when they where escorted from the street and gave them a round of applause.

the male who done the breaking was been sent BACK to Jail as he was on probation anyway.
They have been a pain for years suposedly

other than that its all good.

Good to hear at least some action has been taken. Hopefully they'll stay out of your way now.
