I don’t own either, I’ve just seen them for sale.  I know both are sold buy CountyComm, because that is where I got the pictures from.  I’ve also seen the first one on Urban EDC Supply, Dark Sucks and I think on Etsy too.

CRKT recently introduced yet another interesting pocket screwdriver,  the Pocket Driver Stash Tool.   I don't know how well it works.  Remember that the thinner the handle, the less torque you can apply to a screw.
