Next lot of pics are of the newer additions to my different collections LM and SAKs

First pic has LM MK1 Wave , Ti, TTi, Wingman, SideKick and WingKick ( Has Sidekick smooth blade )

Second Pic has the selection of some of my favourite added SAK's yes there are 2 Black Champs I just love that model in that colour and I have gone a bit lanyard mad as you can see as well.

Last pick is of some of my Items bought from Travis Autry who is a great guy to buy from and we are very lucky I think to have him, Tim Meeker, Reinier, to name just a few as there are plenty of others who have stores on the forum or are happy to trade across the planet with guys and gals whose words they take on trust as part of our Forum so long may it be so.

:-) :-) :-) :-)

Well as I have reach the grand old age of 50 this June the wife has let me have a little leeway on MT and SAK buying and trades as it is such a special year for me so I have gone a little nuts some people might say but when she says have fun and get some new toys for you collections what are you gonna do ??? it is def not a yes or no answer with luck I have dropped enough hints about the 3 newest additions to the LM family this year ie Rebar, OHT etc so may the mT gods shine on me this year if no other :-)

Been using all these new toys in different EDC combos have switched almost always to SAK's for every day carry since i was stopped the other month with a LM Ti lucky the cop who pulled me over for a spot check took my age and occupation and the fact he was a LM fan as well into considration and did not confiscate it on the spot as he could have quite easily that worried me as I even use older stuff like PST II, Original Supertools and Surge etc so he suggested the Champ and others as he was carrying one due to our law not allowing locking blades to be carried, he agreed I would have been ok if I was in Scout Leaders Uniform and on my way to or from camp as I had a good reason for carrying in that case.

I think I was a saved by a guardian MT Angel on that day and was so glad he was a fellow collector himself.

:-)

That is a fantastic haul.  :multi:

Stupid knife carry laws you have there in the UK.

As for going a little nuts...not from where I stand.  :D

  • I may get older but I refuse to grow up.
Great show and tell. :2tu: You seem to have a preference for feature packed SAKs. :D

Hi there enki_ck yes I guess the last 20 years of scouting has always made me want to be prepared for anything that could or might happen so the more features on a multitool or SAK the better for me, I got my first Swiss Champ little while back and boy I should have got one years ago now have several got a Wenger one recently as well plus the small Mini champ which I reckon is under valued/rated for it's size, I had an SAK Outrider as a camp SAK backup for years since they first came out I guess, so yes I do love a packed tool or SAK weight never bothers me being a larger guy the extra few grams or ozs are not an issue unless I am hiking then I can scale down with a good selection of lighter carry SAKs an LM but still with the vital elements for being prepared as any good scout should be put it this way if were on camp anywhere in the world and there is a problem they just say go and ask Ray if he has a......... for this or that problem so off I go and fix it normally 8-9 times out of 10 if I don't have the tool for the job then we call in the professionals lol :-)
