Yeesh, $330 for a piece of copper/bronze.  :o I think I've seen the Ontario version for around $60.

I have the Ontario one.  It works quite well.

Isn't copper pretty soft?  I get the feeling that it wouldn't make a great cutting tool or hydrant wrench.

They did say non-sparking, so from the look I guess its something like copper, though bronze is more likely and is harder. Still a lot softer than steel though.

Unless the beryllium is in sufficient quantities to harden this thing significantly I don't see it being useful at all.
