Teehee Mine is the same except it's got a black coating on the blade, don't really know why (for ninja spec-ops no doubt). When's the next meetup, it's crazy that we've not met in person yet!
Bah, convex is overrated. BHK seems to be popular with the bushcraft crowd, I've looked at their website but nothing really calls to me, and they are on the expensive side.
...My problem with the snapp knapp is the metal grommet that sticks through the leather. Its very easy for the edge of the blade to catch the grommet upon closing (and it has), this results in dulling the edge. If you want a knife compact knife as a backup and don't plan on opening and closing it much, then it will be fine.
