 :iagree: I hated doing it to Solis. The poor guy was lethargic the whole day after surgery and needed a few days to get back on track.

He's struggling to breathe and very lethargic. He's in an oxygen tank at the mo to help him then the vet will assess him.

Thanks guys

Sadly I've had to say goodbye to him.  As soon as he was taken out of the oxygen he got worse.  The vet suspected it was kidney failure brought on by his age and the pain meds he's been on.

The vet arranged the cremation for me as they did for Millie when I lost her in 2016.  I'll be able to pick him up in around a weeks time.

If you are unsure then I recommend taking him to a few dog training classes.  I did that with mine way back when and it was well worth it.
