After a loooong night/morning out, our furball was so happy to see us even though we couldn't wait to get in bed, he just had to spend time with us, so he found his own spot on the bed! This is very rare.. But I'm not complaining my feet are freezing and can use some warmth! Heaven forbid if I even thought of sticking them over on the wife, maybe that's why he's laying there? :think:

Got a new puppy. She's half boxer half lab. Her name is Rita. Since we had to put Vince down, my other white dog Molly was quite depressed. She now has a friend to play with.

That's a big puppy.  My Daisy is around 120ish and put on around ten pounds each month in her first year.

There was a thread here a few years ago about a member who had found a bunch of bees just outside his house and ended up calling an apiarist to come, pick them up and transfer them to a proper facility.

Our spoiled cat got a heated cat house for the front porch.  He likes to be out all night and it gets cold.

Now that's nice! When I was much younger I had ferrets that had an outside cage, but it was wood and the one section was heated, but it was pretty much just a box with a lightbulb under it, warmed it up enough, supposedly.. But that cat house is cool!

Our younger son just got his first pet, a friend had one but then decided it wasn't for him so he was going to get rid of them and our son has always wanted a hamster, we just never got him one, let alone could afford all the stuff to get one, and well this guy was free, so let me introduce Hammy or Hammie the hamster,, (how every you spell it) as you can see the kid is not the only one interested in the little guy..

Here's my little guys "Hammy the Hamster" he was out for a run around the house in his ball and I had a brain fart, I grabbed some of the kids Legos and built a little ball holder, needless to say it wasn't bad for a quick toss together.. :)
