Sounds like it will make for a kick-ass rave party.

Anyone have a line on where I can order glowsticks by the pallet?

Okay, am I just naive, or are they?

How much faith should I have in an $800,000 "incapacitator" that can be defeated with a $10 pair of polarized sunglasses?
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

Could the public get their hands on this?

"Yes, this kind of technology could possibly be useful for someone in a situation where they're trying to fend off an attacker," said Lieberman.

That's news to Homeland Security. The department says it may be restricted to just law enforcement.

How come "Homeland Security" doesn't believe in us being able to keep ourselves secure? Wouldn't that save them money?
