Amici,
As far as I know, swissbianco is the only source for stayglow but also nylon scales at the moment, check out their website for details.

Cheers,
Serge

It might be cheaper to buy a Stayglo Spartan from a US retailer, then swap them out as needed. Those are production knives, right?

If you want the scales, you'll need to contact the vendor.  I have not seen them in his store.

Maybe try della knives I believe is his name. Central valley removes them from stayglow vics so they would need a little glue to be held on. I also believe they won't just sell you scales. You'd need to buy a knife with them I believe.

I was quoted $5+freight.

I used his 58mm take offs to mold my sterling silver and the fit was perfect.

I only mentioned this dealer as he has always treated me fairly and the shipping is the fastest I've ever seen.  First class all the way around.  I have also used dellas and same experience so use who you feel good about.

Amici,
I didn't think that scales once removed, could be reused.  I recently picked up two pairs of nylon scales in 91 mm for my Swisschamp. After I installed the red ones, I later swapped them out for the traditional red cellidor.

Dunno why, but to me, nylon scales on a 91 mm kinda reminded me of a 111. They look good on the large models, but I think cellidor or best suited for the 91 mm series.

Cheers,
Serge

Sorry for necroing an old thread, but I haven't found any new stayglow scales on either shops you mentioned. Any more ideas where could I find a pair of new 91mm ones?
Small collection of SAK's, (but growing rapidly. :D) not so fast at this time. :( And the most important of all: Ze Zuper Zoldier by Steve!  :ahhh

Just so you all know, I posted this back in April of last year, so....

But Tosh, to answer the question, no, it never ends. First it's a free 91mm.

C'mon man... it's FREEE.......
Then, 'Oh, hey man... do you have a 58mm?'
Then, 'Yo, yo, I got ALOX, man... check it. That's some premium stuff, homes!'
Then you're all like 'Smurf YEAH, I want that $500 Wenger Heritage Knife!'

Ugly. Just... ugly.
