Duck Prosciutto

Amici,
Has anyone tried out a recipie that was recently printed in Mays Field & Stream Magazine regarding the making of Duck Prosciutto? Looks delicious and I am planning on giving it a whirl but thought I'd post first to see how others results were before I gave it a go.
