I wouldn't part with the saw on my Charge. It came in handy on a trek in the forest, when I spied upon the perfect wood for a walking stick; a dry-cured black spruce sapling with the perfect curve for a handle. If I hadn't had the Charge saw, I couldn't have cut through such a wood of legendary strength. The Spruce Goose wasn't made out of mahogany, after all...

It's interesting to hear different ideas and uses we all have If I were hiking in the woods or anything of that nature, I would also be carrying my Colombian sawback machete. In most other everyday situations, I don't need a saw on me, but I know that there could be a situation where a saw could unexpectedly come in handy.

In most other everyday situations, I don't need a saw on me, but I know that there could be a situation where a saw could unexpectedly come in handy. Good question. If I chose my multitool based only on what I expect, I wouldn't be as well-prepared for the unexpected. The need for a saw at that moment was unexpected, but much appreciated. Today, I had a crusty baguette for lunch, and the only thing I could cut it with was the serrated blade on my Charge. I also hope to have it handy if I am ever trapped by my seatbelt in a drowning or burning wreck. I try to cover off all possibilities by carrying both the Juice and the Charge. The scissors on the Juice are superior, it's handier to access, and the pliers are smaller for delicate work. For bigger tasks, I prefer the locking blades of the Charge.I suppose if I had to give something up on the Charge, it would be the file, as I have one on the Juice, which is smaller, but with a file, size doesn't matter as much. And I can't think of an urgent need for a file; it's usually for a minor fix of some kind.
Play & cut myself *sigh*

That's the one big downside to non-locking tools and ,unfortunately, why the PST won't get lots of use for screwdriver jobs. I still love it though
Nail clipper works great for zip ties.

I still love it though If you want to do screwdriver jobs with a PST you could get yourself a LM tool adapter, they made one that works very well with a PST (the original version with two tangs, not the later "Universal tool adapter" with no tangs). Then you can use any std 1/4" hex bits.
Used the flat driver on the Splash (Fat squirt) to change out a snapped needle on Betty today. The Splash hanging out with Betty. Now that's a real looking woman. (Image removed from quote.)
