Knock on wood but although it needs some work, it starts right up and runs as well as my girl's Nissan Murano. She may not look like much, but, she's got it where it counts.
Nicely done Jock !
Fixed my elderly neighbours tap this morning. She's Devonian and selectively deaf and i'm Jockanese (Scottish), so Mrs Fuzzbucket acted as interpreter. Now, the PST can't take full credit for the work carried out, but it did take out the little fiddly screw at the top and did all the necessary poking about... with ease i might add!PST's pointing at what was left of the washer:

Used Wave again today to cut a 2mm stranded wire and attach into a metal stick in the ground in order to get my electric outlet grounded again and get rid of hiss and noise while especially playing an electric guitar with single coils. Cut the wire really carefully at first, but I quickly realized that Wave will accomplish that mission with pride . Then used bit driver to tighten a screw. Will add pics a bit later so you’d have a better idea. P.S.: now my American Standard Tele sounds bloody amazing again being played through my Mesa/Boogie F30 amp

Was there originally a tone control for each pickup?
Ahh gotcha. I misread it. My Ricky has tone and volume for each pickup.
Busy day for my Wave - screwing, stripping, cutting and almost anything you can imagine while rewiring my Tele.
