a quick trim and a shave....same thing i do each morning!
there isn't much that you can't do with a Surge!

as long as you don't try to do Surgery with your Surge  :ahhh :D

A proper sharpening may be required, but who knows really
Dream. Wish. Leave nothing undone. Repeat.

Today the Surge helped me fixing the electric window on the front left side of our only car :tu:

Some torx screws were quite a bit recessed.
Good I've got the bit-adapter.

Extracted the control module for the motor located where I drew the orange lines...

... opened it...

... and found some corrosion at the contract pins...

Cleaned them and put all back together.
And it works again  :ahhh

I'm kinda' proud now

Re-wired some built in speakers and used the Wave for opening boxes, unscrewing the cover plates and cutting the wires. For stripping the insulation of the wires a dedicated tool just works better, especially if you need to do it 20 times.

Well some heavy fabric got sucked up into our lawn mower so I had to cut it and pull it out. Here are some pics

As you see from the above pics my Jeep's jack couldn't raise the mower high enough so I could get under the deck and see what all was going on so I configured a (somewhat safe) ramp

And of course the trusty Rebar's serrated blade made quick work of the heavy foam and fabric  :hatsoff:

I got tired of getting poked in the leg with my can opener on my keychain. I saw a video on YouTube showing how to take care of the problem. I took apart an earbud and used the tiny magnet to hold my can opener closed when not in use :tu:

I was helping my GM move new couches into some of the suites in our Hotel yesterday, and we forgot to grab a doorstop from Housekeeping so I opened my Rebar and wedged the pliers under the door.  Worked perfectly!  I also had to use the phillips to remove the temporary feet from the new sofas so they'd fit through the doors.

You wouldn't think I'd need a Leatherman as a Sales Director but I use mine all the time here.

Needed to change the brake pads on my ‘02 Kawasaki ZRX1200 tonight. Getting the pins that hold the pads in the calipers was good case for my ST300 and Crunch.

I went around the house taking apart doorknobs and lubing them. Also made sure every last screw in my house was properly tightened.

Some knob ended up overtightening this dimmer, bending the tabs of the bracket. Had to take apart the switch, clean it and reassemble. Straightened everything and slapped a new plate on it. Now to address the knob shaft that got sheared off...

Used my skeletool and a lighter to replace a piece of uv degraded and broken rope  from my ham radio antenna (wire dipole) with some beter quality rope.
Never thought about it when i put  it  up 2 years ago, altough i should have known better as i grew up with sailing and ropes on boats

Photos I take in portrait mode on my phone often turn sideways at some point, usually on the forum (even if I had rotated them in WIndows' photo viewer before uploading) so what I do now is quickly open them in Paint, rotate then save. A bit of extra faff but has worked so far.

Typical...I'm just discovering this thread now...just as we finished doing renovation and I have been using my leathermans or different tasks over the last 3 weeks :climber: :multi:
Kind regards,
