I had some students in this afternoon and evening and into the night to paint a couple of wall in my classroom.  I'm an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor, so the chapter officers wanted to add some blue and gold to the room, so we did.  My Wave spent time pulling staples out of the wall from posters being hung up over the years.

Of course, we had to eat, so some burgers and dogs were grilled and we had plenty of watermelon and cantelope and cucumbers as well.

We finished the night around 1 a.m. after some planning.  Now the kids are sacked out all over the classroom.  They think it is fun!

Oh yeah, and the can opener was used to open some canned chicken and canned green chiles for some amazing queso!

EDITED BECAUSE I REMEMBERED THE CAN OPENER AND THE FACT THAT I HAVEN'T SLEPT ALL NIGHT!

This morning I began the restoration of a rusty frozen adjustable wrench. After soaking it in penetrating oil overnight I used my MAC and Snap On screwdrivers to try to remove a pin that had a #1 Phillips head to no avail. They just spun. Right when I was about to quit I remembered the special dual #1/#2 bit on the Wave. It bit right into the fastener and removed it with ease.

Thanks. That bit literally works better than professional screwdrivers. At least on that fastener anyway.

Whenever I try and reduce the price for a Leatherman that I want I show my wave and tell the person I paid $25 dollars for it. Found a black oxide original Leatherman surge brand new with the box and paid $30 dollars for it.

the voltage dropped suddenly over night. Only on that doze. i opened the thing and remade the connections using the P2.
Regrettably, it seems the issue is somewhere else, but yet again, i had fun using the tool.

Been hiking with a Signal. Frankly speaking, didn’t use it nearly as often as expected, but it came in handy of course anyway for cutting cordage, taking pans off the fire, hammering tent poles (and it works surprisingly well) and even used pliers to grab a slippery wet tent fastener where my cold wet hands simply couldn’t reach. And, you guessed it, tightening trekking poles is nice and easy with it

Thanks, gents. One thing I’ve found useful for myself is adding a piece of a cord to a Signal as a lanyard loop while on a hike. That’s because of the trekking pants are made of a fairly thin material in comparison to jeans, so the clip will not be as reliable there and the Signal’s carabiner could just tear the belt loop apart in some situation

You stole it! I thought $50 was a good deal for mine.   That suggestion I plan to use. Most of my EDCs I got that way; next to nothing on eBay.

went to visit my mum last week and when I got out of my car I saw a few rusty nails scattered across the parking bays. I picked up more than twenty before checking my tyres where I found one sticking out of a rear wheel. I pulled that sucker out with my cs4.
I went to see my mum again today and when I came out I saw another nail sticking out of one of my fronts this time. so pulled this one out with the ps4 on my keys as I had them in my hand.

apparently a builder who does not live on my mums road rents one of the garages in front of my mums house and is always loading and unloading his van where I found the nails

Used my wave to grip and pull out the massive hairballs (girlfriends’s) out of the vacuum hose.

Great work! On the tarmac at the county dump (which we go to weekly--no trash pickup in the sticks), I'm always finding nails, razor blades, and even broken glass. Lucky the tires haven't picked any up. Saw a guy break a mirror he was throwing out, pieces went all over the tarmac, and he din't even bother to pick them up.

Working in the yard, I used the pliers on my Rebar to remove some shackles (I use them for rigging the bumper jack to pull T-Posts), cutters to cut weed eater string, and the saw to cut some limbs out of my way.
