Its arrived and in good condition.  Nothing special about it as far as I can tell.  Sorry to disappoint Dave ;)

It can assist in broken SAK sorting this afternoon.  I'm sure it'll like that  >:D

well i got my blast in.  not too bad for what i paid.  its a littlw dirty and i have already cleaned it.  what all do you guys use to oil your leathermans?  all the implaments open but feel like the have sone grit between them.  i will have a buddy re-sharpen the main knife blade.  it looks like it was done so already but dont un-evenly.  and good greif the scissors are a joke!  they are way too small for a tool this size.  i really wish they were double.  thats not to say they did not cut well, but still, holy ish batman thats a joke.... here i need to cut this hair i have let me pull out the mini scissors on this full size tool!!!

but i'm still in the dog house.  ehhh oh well, i think a vic or sog will be next >:D >:D

I have the advantage that one red SAK looks very similar to every other red SAK   ;)

How are you finding the Blast ecfiffer? Like it / loathe it? Too soon to say?

I used to come here a lot.

the only two things that i think are jokes are the saw blade and the scissors. other then that, it seems pretty nice.  i looks and feels really small when you look at it alone but next to the mp600 its close in size.  but it is a little too soon to tell

I actually like both the saw and the scissors tbh. They work well!

In fact I think the Blast is an underrated tool altogether, especially compared to the Gerber! It would be nice to hear how you rate it as you go along.

Just thought I'd get you excited there for a minute.  Well until you scrolled down  ;)

This is the point where you tell me they really did make parts in Bradford so it wouldn't have been too unusual  ::)  Next time I'll go with Eunostos Mars :D

Lol no. Well for what it's worth, you have the design that I like the best for a user in a PST. I'm guessing it still has the "old style" drivers etc, which I find easier to open. Is it nice and tight, and blade in good nick?

I don't really have much in the way to do comparisons, sorry.  It seems pretty loose to me but perfectly usable, blade has obvious use but nothing that being properly sharpened wouldn't sort out.

Don't forget you can tighten this one up with the Kick clips too!

Some people seem to prefer some looseness so you can butterfly it open, I prefer them to be real tight so there's no play whilst it's in you pocket.

I'm undecided.  My Mini is really loose but it lives in a confined space and I quite like the clicky noise it makes  :-[

i guei came off wrong about the saw ans scissors.  i think the saw blade should have been as thick as the knife blade and the scissors, i would feel that they would be a heck of a lot better if they were larger... other then that so far it seems to be a hell a lot better quality then my gerber... not to say ther gerber is bad, but there is something about having all metal locking parts as the gerber lock release is plastic.
