Paladin pt-540 replace knife with v-cutter?

As the title says. As per an exellent suggestion regarding a knifeless leatherman from this forum, I want to create a knifeless pt-540 by replacing the knife with a v-cutter. Is this possible?  If not, are there any other parts that will fit?
