Small fire for our sausages - and Junior tried various knives to carve. Was a good afternoon in the woods!(Image removed from quote.)
Good to see you around, Eric. I've hardly been on here much myself, lately. I've hardly been online full stop. Life has just been a bit much lately and I needed a break.Lovely photos from all, though! Hopefully I'll be able to share a few more photos myself fairly soon.
good to see you back Eric and WOW very cool Bowie, sorry to hear of your hardship, hoping this stay improving mate
Hey John,Thanks for the kind words my friend, we'll get through this eventually, it's just very exhausting since our problems are always there for the moment, 24/7, so we never seem to get a break...The SOG Bowie, that put a smile on my face for the first time in months. It's already a beautiful knife by itself, but being laser etched and the hand signed note make it a true collectors piece. I'm sure there are SOG Collectors out there who would give a kidney for it... I'm forcing myself to get out of the house again, trying to enjoy the outdoors (and some needed sunshine) again.
Beautiful knife you received from SOG and being 4/5 is even more awesome! So sorry to learn of issues you and family is struggling with and understand the importance to place family first I too had a difficult 2021, and have just recently been able to start functioning again. I must share though, one of your countryman, a young man about twenty two or so just made visit to our family's cousins, returning their father's DOG TAGS, he had lost when in Belgium during WWII Battle of the Bulge he had found at a battle site with his metal detector. In fact he was visiting multiple families in the U.S. doing the same. Was strange two set of dog tags were from men that lived about 5 miles apart here in NE Indiana. The young man represented Belgium very well
Thanks guys .Misses TG-24 had to work last weekend, time for some father-daughter time . We went on a small hike near our home on sunday, taking the time to shoot some pics of both our EDC setups, playing around with a Topomap and a compass, just enjoying the sun and the outdoors... And about the colours... What can I say? Girls will be girls I guess . (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)

Awesome view John .What's that on the left? That looks a bit like a race circuit, or a Karting circuit, or maybe I just see what I want to see .
