 Need some help from you knowledgeable people.  Do all the leatherman juice have date stamps ? And where are they located ? I can not seem to find one on my s2, I did buy it a few years ago. I have seen post with date stamps but its not a date, is it a lot number ? forgive my ignorance just trying to learn on leatherman and sak. Thanks for the help !!

Yes they do. The numbers are located under the screwdrivers. Some have them near the pliers too.


Edit, forgot to add. The numbers are in an MMYY format, so 0609 would mean made in June 2009. Sometimes the handles are of by a month or two on a tool but that's no reason to worry. Just spare parts left over from previous months. :D
