Rather Unpleasant Swiss Army Knife Component

Hi Team,

I was doing a little research on the wonderful Horseshoe Nail Knife from Victorinox
It  was a very unique and amazing limited edition Huntsman -  released in 2011.

I found the following article on the net from what looks like an arts/fashion magazine

It seems like there were some rather unpleasant components inside the Horseshoe Nail Knife
