I was lucky enough to be able to BBQ today for my first day off. The Ruby deluxe tinker managed to jump in the pic with my Queen Mountain Man and Leatherman Super tool 300.

It just so happens to be the Oregon coast.  No place too fancy but still good fun.  Harris Beach in Brookings, OR.

Oregon has beauty spread all across it, but the coast is a constant temptation to move to.  We spent a week last summer near the Newport area and it is indeed beautiful. But then again, I haven't met a part of the coast I don't like.  I feel very lucky to have grown up in Oregon and be able to raise my sons here too.  I hope you get to head back to the coast and make more memories.
