New one on me , INFO WANTED on SDriver/Cap Lifter tool Tang Stamp

New one on me.......OR, I do not remember seeing it B4????  :facepalm:

Anyone have any info about this tang stamp?

CUB SCOUTS / blue / Tinker
it is a 3 line Stamp
Stamp is on the Screw Driver/Cap Lifter tool
Made In (over) Iback , Switzerland (over) 54122 - 1406

( side note , stamp looks like it was done with a laser? )

Hadn't noticed that before. My Cub Scout Tinker also has those markings. Recent Vics for Eagle Scout and 100th Anniversary Order of the Arrow don't have then.
