Well... It's a good deal more expensive than I'm willing to pay, but this looks like a pretty sweet system to turn most hatchback vehicles into a mini-camper.
Here's the product's home page.

Very clever idea
I'd love to play with one to see if it was a practical solution or not.

You could do something very similar for a much smaller budget using milk crates "liberated" from a grocery or convenience store, some imagination and some wood panels.
One question though- the woman (and yes, I watched her every move!) cleaned dishes a few times, took a shower, brushed her teeth and filled a pot with water to cook something, and yet all they showed was a small (3 gallon maybe?) water tank. Either she only washed one dish and took a very short shower or they filled that thing up a number of times during the making of that video.

I noticed the same thing. they sure squeezed a lot of water out of that small tank.

Yeah, I saw that too. I >think< it was a 5 gallon tank, but even then...
And I didn't see a gray water tank, so, not sure how that worked either.
The price on the thing was laughable, but some good design ideas. I keep thinking a Ford Transit Connect would make a great micro-RV, and ran across this while looking for examples of that.
You probably could do a milk-crate setup, but I've yet to see a good one. Not saying they don't exist, I just haven't seen it. I waffle back and forth about the 2-board chair designs I've seen... because I'm... emm... not a light person.
I'm not any kind of expert on the strength of particle-board, laminated board, OSB, etc. and wonder how strong those pieces are.

I assumed that instead of a grey water tank the intention is to just dump the water when you are done with it.
The Transit Connect is a neat little van- if they made a four wheel drive (or AWD) version, preferably with a six cylinder engine I'd be all over one of them.

I think the SwissRoomBox seems sort of a neat idea, but I wonder about practicality as well. Also, I wonder about longevity of the parts. On the other hand, all of that is exactly what some of the tradionalists says about SAKs as well. Also, it's a cool idea with a camping setup that doesn't clog up roads with ginormous caravans and doesn't require a huge vehicle as such either.
Well, I'm still skeptical. I'm more of the “If you can't carry it on your back, you're bringing too much” school of thought anyway.

It is the neatest thing, and while I would love to be given one, at $8600.00 for a sink, shower, stove, fridge, and some interlocking panels, I can't help but think "WTF?"

I hadn't worked out the price - that is fairly steep.

It is the veritable swiss army knife of ... places to put your swiss army knives.
Yes, the price needs to come WAY down before it's reasonable.
