New guy here! I'm active on Bladeforums, Edcforums and Kitchenknife forums....thought I'd cozy-up round your little campfire as well  :cheers:. I'm a 39 yo Chef and all-around edc weirdo...I'm willing to bet I'm in good company here. Surprised I haven't stumbled onto this site before. Thanks for having me,
