We often limit ourselves to names like SOG, Leatherman, Victorinox, Gerber etc, but it's amazing how many multi use tools are really out there.  If we broaden our horizons a little (as you have obviously done!) some things that you can find are really cool!

I wounder if the little spanner thing fits into the tool (so it can be carried) as that would be a useful feature that is not on many other tools.

The left end of the wrench looks to be some sort of a specialty tool, with a flat head screwdriver tip.

It looks like some type of special spanner wrench to me. (American use of the word "spanner," not British)

It doesn't seem like there is enough of an underhook to lift caps.
