Well, the sellers measurements suggest 84mm, but it's hard to tell.

I would just ask them to send more info!

84mm. You can't find that toolset on 91mm, that's an old Gourmet. At least I think so..

Note that this is a Henckels, mit dem zwilling, not Victorinox. The Henckels "SAKs" that I have seen are indeed just about 91 mm, just over 3 1/2"

Not currently in production, but Victorinox 91mm Gourmets do exist. Not as common as the 84mm version, but they're out there. Like JMJ said, though, this is a Henckles not a Vic.
