The REI in Marlton NJ has the c33Tx(the one with the phillips screwdriver and flathead screwdriver)for sale at $34.95(USD)
Anybody have an REI near them, take a look-see,and be prepared to have a new toy to play with. :tu:

PS-I bought 2 of them

There are fans of leathermans current knives? Huh... Dont get me wrong, some of there past models look great(e306x). All their current stuff uses 420hc steel though, which is insufficient for a dedicated blade in my opinion.

If you google sanrenmu, you can get some cheap 8cr13mov(equiv. to aus8 or 440C) knives for under $10. Same factory that pumps out the spyderco made-in-china knives makes them, so you know its atleast good(and some of them are very good). And the edge retention will be significantly better than anything using 420hc.

I'm a fan of the expanse line, which is not current production but can still be found online at reasonable prices. Love the 145CM steel, bit driver and bottle opener. The E33 opens so smooth and fast once oiled & broken in.

The only Crater I have my eye on is the basic model, no drivers. For ~$15-20 beats the heck out of the other off brand crap that can be found for the same prices.

+1 from another big fan of the Expanse line of knives!   I do love Leatherman's blade launcher opening system, especially once it's broken in.

I have a couple of Leatherman knives, but rarely carry them because they are designed for right hand opening and carry.  No quarrel with the choice of steel or the screwdrivers.
